Your role in this mission: Lead the Assignment Module at WorkFlex. Be the expert clients trust, the operator who drives results, and the builder who shapes what global mobility looks like in the AI era — from the front, not the sideline. Think founder of a company inside a company.

🎯 What you will do

• Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module — including pricing, growth, margin, and roadmap.

• Lead a cross-functional international team in a matrix setup across Compliance and Vendor Management, while working closely with Product and Engineering.

• Partner with Product Manager in shaping the product vision and roadmap, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience.

• Drive go-to-market across DACH, Nordics, UKI and beyond — enabling international sales teams to win.

• Scale our vendor ecosystem and deliver on our "everything from one hand" promise for clients.

• Define the vision for what the next generation of assignment management looks like globally.

• Spread the word about our solutions through events, webinars, and marketing — think big.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• You've spent years in global mobility (Focus: Assignments). You know where the "bodies" are buried — the compliance gaps, the vendor chaos, the broken client experience. Now help us fix it.

• Cross-functional leadership — comfortable steering Product, Tech, Sales, and Compliance in parallel

• Entrepreneurial DNA — you move fast, decide with incomplete data, and bring the team with you

• Background in B2B SaaS scale-ups bonus

• Own expatriate experience — knowing first-hand what it feels like to be transferred abroad bonus
