Your role in this mission: Lead the Assignment Module at WorkFlex. Be the expert clients trust, the operator who drives results, and the builder who shapes what global mobility looks like in the AI era — from the front, not the sideline. Think founder of a company inside a company.
🎯 What you will do
Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module — including pricing, growth, margin, and roadmap.
Lead a cross-functional international team in a matrix setup across Compliance and Vendor Management, while working closely with Product and Engineering.
Partner with Product Manager in shaping the product vision and roadmap, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience.
Drive go-to-market across DACH, Nordics, UKI and beyond — enabling international sales teams to win.
Scale our vendor ecosystem and deliver on our "everything from one hand" promise for clients.
Define the vision for what the next generation of assignment management looks like globally.
Spread the word about our solutions through events, webinars, and marketing — think big.

You've spent years in global mobility (Focus: Assignments). You know where the "bodies" are buried — the compliance gaps, the vendor chaos, the broken client experience. Now help us fix it.
Cross-functional leadership — comfortable steering Product, Tech, Sales, and Compliance in parallel
Entrepreneurial DNA — you move fast, decide with incomplete data, and bring the team with you
Background in B2B SaaS scale-ups bonus
Own expatriate experience — knowing first-hand what it feels like to be transferred abroad bonus
